A: Samples are available, all customers must pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you.
2.Q: What's the payment term?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by TT.
3.Q: How long can I get the feedback after we send the inquiry?
A: We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.
4.Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.
5.Q: Are you a direct manufacture or trading company?
A: We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sales all by ourselves.
6.Q: What about the lead time?
A: Sample lead time is 15 days, production lead time is 45 to 60 days depends on the production status.
7.Q: How to proceed an order?
A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.
8.Q: How does your factory control quality?
A: Quality is the most important part for us.In order to better control the quality, we have professional QC. All our products are 100% inspected by QC before delivery.

A: Of course, yes. We have a professional R&D team to design new items. We've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can let us know your idea or provide us the drawing, we are pleased to work with you for any program that is feasible and potential.
