CNCパネルソーとは何ですか?
CNC パネルソーは、大きなパネル (合板、MDF、パーティクルボード、メラミン、ラミネートなど) を高効率で無駄を最小限に抑え、より小さく正確なコンポーネントに切断するように設計されたコンピューター制御の機械です。
これは、テーブルソーの高度に自動化されたバージョンと考えてください。人間がブレードにシートを押し込む代わりに、機械は可動ガントリーとコンピューター誘導モーターを使用してシートを位置決めし、完全に正確なカットを行います。

CNCパネルソーの主要コンポーネント
CNCコントローラー: The "brain" of the machine. It reads a digital cutting plan (often from CAD/CAM software) and controls all the machine's movements.
メインソーヘッド: The primary vertical cutting unit that makes the longitudinal cuts (parallel to the material feed direction).
スコアリングソー: A small, secondary blade that rotates in the opposite direction of the main blade. It makes a shallow cut on the bottom surface of the laminate before the main blade cuts through. This prevents chipping and splintering on the decorative surface.
Feed System: A series of powered rollers or a conveyor belt that moves the panel into position and through the cutting zone.
ガントリー/フェンスの位置決め: A moving beam that carries the saw head(s) and positions them accurately along the X-axis (width of the panel).
サポートテーブル: A sturdy table with pop-up support pins or balls to hold the panel and allow it to slide easily without sagging.
真空システム: A powerful system that holds the panel firmly in place during cutting and also manages dust extraction.
