1. How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept Credit Card, TT remittance, Western Union, Money Gram and the other payment methods. If you have difficulty in making payment, please contact with us for help.

2: Is there any warranty for the items I bought?

We provide one year warranty but all shipping costs need to be paid by customers.

3: I received the parcel broken, What can I do now?

Please contact with us first, We could give you the resolution at once. We can resolve all problems you meet.

4: I am a reseller. I would like to buy many pieces of your item, what's the wholesale price?

Hi, thanks for your inquiry, if you would like to buy large quantity, please send email to us, we will give you the best price, thank you!

Please note: In most cases, the goods above 30 KG will be shipped to your door or your local warehouse by road, by rail or by sea. We can provide you with DDP service by sea to door, that is we also help clear customs and pay tax, You don't need to pay any more taxes after it arrives,  but It does not include the local VAT that customers need to pay in some countries.
