Product usage:
1. The newly purchased filtration equipment shall be pumped with acid solution before use, washed clean with distilled water and dried before use.For sterilizing filter, autoclaving should be done before use. After use, the washing liquid should be used for filtering, and then soaked in the washing liquid for 48 hours. After taking out, the filtrating filter should be washed and dried with distilled water for preservation.In the drying process, do not open the oven halfway, to wait for the oven to fall to room temperature and then open the oven to take out, in order to prevent the burst.
2. Wash the filter after use to avoid blockage of sediment that may affect the filtration efficiency.

Notes:
1. Note that the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter plate shall not be greater than 9.8*10 Pascals (1 kg/cm).
2. The filter should be heated or cooled slowly.
3. The glass filter should not filter hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid, hot or cold concentrated lye when in use.
When sediment is attached to the filter plate of G1~G4 sand core funnel after use, distilled water can be used to clean it. If necessary, appropriate washing solution can be selected according to the unused sediment to be treated first, and then washed and dried with distilled water.
