The RTV silicone rubber is a neutral and transparent one-component RTV silicone rubber to absorb moisture in
the air at room temperature curing . With non-toxic , non-polluting , non-corrosive , anti-aging , moisture ,
excellent electrical insulation and arc resistance characteristics, and have good adhesive properties . Long-term
use in the temperature range of -60 C - 200 C, stable performance, mainly used for perfusion sealed
electronic components , play a moisture-proof , sealed , shock , so as to achieve stable performance
of the role .
Uses:
Since the curing of the RTV silicone rubber -like elastic body is transparent , the need for a transparent
optical adhesive seal material , because a certain adhesion can be used for encapsulating electronic components
and small output transformer and TV industry sealed against moisture , seal , so as to achieve stable
performance seismic effects . SCR table can be used as protection , optical instruments require transparent
adhesive seal , electronics, communications equipment moisture seal to protect the paint coating , transistors
and silicon diodes and protection coatings.
Usage:
After the components for general cleaning , cutting nozzle sleeve beak , extrusion gel , adhesive bonding.
At room temperature 25 C, 50% humidity environment , 24 hours curing depth of 2-3 mm. As gluing area,
longer curing adhesive thickness , the longer the storage time at room temperature , the better the adhesion .
Components such as temperature may be placed in the fully cured layer 50 C - 150 C drying in a room
temperature according to any of 4 to 12 hours , and the adhesion strength can reach better results .
Note:
1 , the temperature component may be cured at room temperature , then at 50 C- 100 C, moist oven for
4 to 8 hours , which turns off the low-molecular material , sufficiently cured to ensure that the adhesive performance .
2 , when the RTV silicone rubber potting , a thickness of not much accumulation , if 3mm, can be layered watering
gradually curing method , the greater the accumulation of glue thickness , the longer the time to fully cure .
The RTV silicone rubber after use , the hose should be tightly closed , save again .
