A: Our products were all made of 100% genuine leather, passed the examination by related department. But part of goods will be lined with pigskin or polyester.
Q2: Can I order it without engraving (stamping)?
A: Yes, we can remove original engraving as per your request. But please tell us before placing order.
Q3: Can I order it with my personal initial or logos?
A: Yes. We can engrave your own initials or logos on any of our products. A personal logo costs US$9. Please contact us for more details.
Q4: Can you make it other colors?
A: Yes, we can make other colors. Please message us for color choices.
Q5: When will you delivery my order?
A: Our products are handmade, taking 1-2 days. So your order will be usually shipped out in 2 days.
Q6: What express service do you have?
A: By default, we will delivery all orders via AliExpress Standard Shipping or China Post Registered Air Mail or ePacket. If any other fast shipping service needed, please contact us in advance.
Q7: When will my parcel arrive?
A: The default express service usually takes 15-45 days depending on the destination.
Q8: What if I didn't receive my parcel?
A: We promise each order will be shipped. But sometimes less than 0.5% package might be lost in the way. If you didn’t receive the parcel after 15 or 30 days, please contact us immediately so that we can solve the problem quickly.
Q9: What is your Return Policy?
A: We accept termless refund or exchange for any fault caused by non-artificial reason. For any after-sales issues, please feel free to contact us.
Q10: What if I am not satisfied with the goods received?
A: As we focus more on handicraft and vintage style, our products may not be as delicate or accurate as machine-made goods. Please be sure retro and rough style is acceptable for you.
If you still feel unsatisfied, you can contact us for return and refund in the condition that the product is unused and well-packed. The delivery expense for return shall be born by buyers.
