Made from high-altitude old vines, it displays delicate red-fruit aromas, floral nuances and fine, persistent bubbles. Elegant, fresh and beautifully balanced, it is the first traditional-method sparkling rosé of DO Cigales.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed for free-run must. The base wine undergoes a slow second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method, with extended lees ageing to enhance finesse and creaminess.
Characteristics: Pale salmon colour. Aromas of raspberry, strawberry, white flowers and citrus peel. On the palate, fine bubbles, fresh acidity and elegant fruit expression with a long, harmonious finish.
Food pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and with salads, seafood, sushi, delicate cheeses and desserts based on red fruit or citrus.
